We started treating TMD patients with the Urbanek TMJ device and decided to switch from impressions to a scanner. We have no past experience with using a scanner. Ryan was very nurturing and patient. This is my second review. I posted the first after having Medit for about 9 months. Loved it then, had great success with using the scanner to take full arch scans for clear aligner therapy, study models, removable partials, and crown and bridge.
I had an online training and a rep checked in with me several times to see if I needed help. I am going to do another online training soon Triunfador a refresher. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and scanner to anyone!
